Quality Assurance

In 1997, Talbot Olivier became one of the first Western Australian law firms to attain quality assurance certification under the internationally recognised AS/NZS ISO9001:2000 Quality Assurance standard and also as an Approved Quality Practice as certified by the Law Society of Western Australia.  

To retain these certifications and maintain high levels of service, we undergo three external audits each year, and also conduct our own internal auditing processes.  

Our quality assurance status attests to our compliance with the Australian Standards, which sets the benchmark for modern quality management principles, occupational health and safety standards, client focus and consistency of service.
