		<description>The higher property adjoing us has been put on the market and imediately came under offer the property has a retaining wall which we believe is encroaching(leaning)into our property. The owner is overseas. He has acknowledged our concern but nothing more. The selling agent was asked by us prior to offer to notify the any buyers but has not confirmed this disclosure was done.Is a caveat applicable to ensure the matter stays between us and the owner?</description>
