Commercial Litigation Lawyer
Talbot Olivier - a legal company located in the CBD who are looking to grow the commercial litigation team and are seeking to recruit a lawyer to predominantly work on building and construction disputes.
At Talbot Olivier, the lawyers work alongside principals and senior associates on client matters and are responsible for providing commercially pragmatic and technically accurate legal and commercial advice to clients in a timely and courteous manner.
Qualification required (minimum):
- A law degree(s) or equivalent legal qualifications
Essential experience & skills:
- 2-4 years post admission experience
- Demonstrated experience as a qualified lawyer in commercial litigation
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex information and apply suitable legal concepts and principles
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a strong attention to detail, good time keeping skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
