Experience

Alyce attended The University of Notre Dame Australia before joining Talbot Olivier in July of 2009. Alyce rotated through the firm's three practice areas of commercial, litigation and insurance developing her legal skills in a diverse range of matters. Following completion of her rotations, Alyce settled into the firm's commercial practice group in 2010.   

Alyce works on a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters encompassing acquisitions and joint ventures and is also involved in property, liquor licensing, regulatory and compliance advice.  Working closely with the firm's workplace relations and safety team, Alyce also drafts, reviews and provides advice on employment contracts and independent contractor arrangements.

Alyce has also been heavily involved in the firm's pro bono work including advising not-for profit organisations and applications for deductible gift recipient status.

Admitted to Practice: 2009.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Degree in Commerce (Management), Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.   

Memberships: Law Society of Western Australia, Women Lawyers of Western Australia.
