Experience
Fiona undertook the first six months of her articles at Francis Burt Chambers. She then completed her articles at a boutique law firm specialising in insurance law. For several years Fiona's clients were the major insurers and her work practice was predominantly motor vehicle, occupier liability, public liability and workers' compensation claims.
Fiona then moved to another small firm where she practised for five years. Fiona gained extensive experience in insurance and general and commercial litigation. Fiona accepted briefs from claimants in personal injury claims and from individuals and small/medium companies in commercial and general litigation matters.
Fiona is an experienced negotiator and her recent experience in London has further developed her skills.
