Experience

Janelle's has gained a broad exposure to a number number of different practice groups since she joined Talbot Olivier from university in 2008. She has a particular focus in litigation and has worked extensively on workplace relations which have included contractual disputes over the interpretation of employment contracts and work on unfair dismissals. Janelle has also been involved in a number of construction disputes both in the interpretation of construction contracts and advising on relevant construction legislation including an adjudication under the Construction Contracts Act 2004.

She has also been asked to provide advice on redundancy issues and compliance with the Fair Works Act and related workplace relations legislation as well as drafting employment/contractor agreements. 

Admitted to practice: 2009.                   

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce (Management).                                                             

Memberships: Law Society of Western Australia, Women's Lawyers Association.
