Kai is a member of the litigation practice group.
Prior to joining Talbot Olivier, Kai worked for two years as the Associate to the Honourable Justice McKerracher at the Federal Court of Australia. Concurrently Kai obtained a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law in New South Wales and she was admitted to practice in July 2009. Kai was admitted to the Federal Court and High Court of Australia in April 2010.
After finishing her associateship, Kai worked at a commercial litigation firm focusing primarily on contractual disputes, corporations and mining tenement matters.
Kai's interests include competition and trade practices law, intellectual property and general commercial litigation.
Admitted to practice: 2009 (Supreme Court of New South Wales), 2010 (Federal Court and High Court of Australia).
Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Memberships: Law Society of Western Australia.
