Experience
Kristine gained a wide-ranging understanding of all types of criminal matters whilst working at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (Western Australia). She then moved to the United Kingdom where she was a solicitor at the leading Manchester firm, Pannone LLP, in their Regulatory Department specialising in fraud and business crime.
Kristine brings to Talbot Olivier her international experience and in-depth knowledge of corporate criminal matters, particularly tax fraud, having advised on numerous high value cases involving allegations of fraud ranging from several million to hundreds of millions of pounds.
Now settled in Perth, Kristine has extensive experience acting on all criminal matters including:
- Drug offences
- Assault and unlawful wounding
- Murder
- Burglary
- Robbery
- Disorderly conduct
- Traffic offences
- Fraud
- Stealing
She also handles all associated issues such as asset seizures, freezing orders and confiscation proceedings.
In addition to matters of criminal law and advocacy work in the Magistrates and District Courts, Kristine also acts on civil litigation matters.
Admitted to practice: 2006 in Western Australia, 2007 in England and Wales.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Science (Applied Statistics).
