Natalie is the latest addition to the dynamic and rapidly expanding Talbot Olivier family law team.
Natalie commenced working in a boutique family law team in 2006 and throughout her legal career and since her admission, Natalie has practised exclusively in the area of family law.
Natalie's areas of practice include:
- Property settlements
- De facto relationships, including same sex relationships
- Spousal maintenance
- Division of superannuation
- Advice on property settlements involving trusts and companies
- Divorce
- Family Court representation
- Mediation
- Parenting arrangements
- Interstate and international child abduction
- Adoption
- Surrogacy
In addition to her role at Talbot Olivier, since 2008, Natalie has been a legal adviser for the Family Relationship Advice Line; an initiative of the Commonwealth Attorney-General's Department.
Natalie is dedicated to providing a client focused and flexible legal service, which takes into consideration her client's individual needs.
Admitted to practice: 2008.
Qualification: Bachelor of Laws, University of Notre Dame; Bachelor of Arts, University of Western Australia.
Professional Involvement: Since 2008, Natalie has provided mentoring through the Women in Law Mentor Scheme. Natalie has also volunteered her time as a judge in the Law Society Mock Trials Competition.
Memberships: Law Society of Western Australia; Family Law Practitioners' Association of Western Australia; Women Lawyers of Western Australia.
