Experience
Natasha joined the firm as an Articled Clerk in 2008, and was admitted to practice in 2009. Natasha has gained valuable experience in the firm's insurance practice in the areas of:
- Motor vehicle personal injury
- Public liability
- Property damage
- Negligence
- Catastrophic claims
Working under the supervision of Principal, Roger Sands, Natasha provides advice to clients on all aspects of a claim. She has represented clients in the Magistrates and District Court and in directions hearings, and has assisted counsel at pre-trail conferences and during trials.
Admitted to Practice: 2009.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts (Major in Political Science).
Professional involvement: Assisted at the Law Society as a mock trials coach since 2007, University of Western Australia Women in the Law mentoring scheme.
Publications/Presentations: Natasha assisted in preparation of a conference paper for the AILA Seminar Motor Vehicle Personal Injury Update.
Memberships: Law Society of Western Australia, Women Lawyers of Western Australia.
