Paul has an extensive knowledge of criminal investigations, investigative procedures, prosecutions and forensic techniques. He completed his honours thesis at university on the criminal prosecution of Insider Trading and has experience working in fraud and corporate investigations. He provides advice and representation to clients in all areas of criminal law, road traffic offences and restraining orders.

Prior to joining Talbot Olivier, Paul practised at a leading national law firm working on complex commercial litigation, human resources and industrial relations, banking and finance and corporate insolvency matters.
