Experience

Rochelle spent 18 years working as a teacher and school administrator during which time she also completed her legal studies. Rochelle joined Talbot Olivier in July 2009 and worked in the firm's three practice areas developing her legal skills in a broad range of contexts. Following completion of her rotations in the practice areas, Rochelle has settled into the firm's litigation practice group.

Rochelle has been involved in a diverse range of matters including debt recovery, employment law, regulatory and compliance advice and commercial litigation.

Working closely with other members of the litigation team, Rochelle has also been involved in advocacy work in the Magistrates Court and District Court.

Admitted to Practice: 2009.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Master of Arts (Literature and Communication), Graduate Diploma of Education.

Memberships:Law Society of Western Australia.
