Since Sam joined Talbot Olivier in July 2011, he has been a member of the litigation group, assisting in small and large scale commercial disputes including trade practices, administration and partnership disputes. Sam's particular areas of interest include competition and consumer law, corporations law, construction law and general commercial litigation.

Before joining Talbot Olivier, Sam was employed at a firm where he gained valuable experience in a broad range of areas of law, particularly property, commercial, commercial litigation and estate planning.

Admitted to practice: 2010.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws.

Membership: Law Society of Western Australia.
