Anton is a highly regarded property lawyer with over 10 year's experience.  He has acted for shopping centre and retail owners, property developers, commercial building owners, large corporations, government departments and individuals advising on residential, rural, commercial, industrial and retail property sales, purchases, acquisitions, disposals, leases and developments. 

As the lead lawyer within our settlements team, Anton has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of  conveyancing, providing clients with a comprehensive service and guidance through the various legal processes and requirements. 

Career highlights 

• Conducted leasing work for the owner of a Perth Central Business District (CBD) office towers, comprising of 57 floors of office space plus associated retail arcades.
• Prepared contracts and due diligence reporting for the purchase of rural, commercial, industrial and retail property, metropolitan and regional shopping centres and several properties in excess of $25 million.
• Conducted extensive due diligence for the purchase of a half interest in a major Perth CBD office tower valued at $55 million.
• Facilitated leasing matters for the owner of a major Perth metropolitan shopping centre which accommodates in excess of 90 retail stores.
• Played a key role in establishing and leading eCommLegal, the property conveyance initiative of the Commonwealth Bank. 

Qualification: Bachelor of Laws. 

Admitted to practice: 1996.
