Experience
Carly practices primarily within our commercial litigation team, with a broad range of experience in litigated disputes and pre-litigation negotiations and advisory work for public and private corporations, government bodies and individuals. Her experience includes several years of dedicated insurance litigation work and work within both the Federal and State industrial relations jurisdictions.
She acts as instructing solicitor to trial and appeal Counsel, appears on behalf of clients in her own right as Counsel in Court and Tribunal hearings, mediations, conciliations and arbitrations and provides strategic advice to clients as to the commercial resolution of disputes both before and during the course of litigation.

Carly is currently studying a Master of Arts in International Relations.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Economics (majoring in International Financial and Monetary Markets).
Memberships: Law Society of Western Australia, Women Lawyers Association, Australian Insurance Lawyers Association.
