Liquor Licensing
In addition to facilitating applications to the Liquor Licensing Division for all categories of liquor licences, and appearing before the Liquor Licensing Court defending prosecutions for breaches of liquor licensing laws, we have developed a significant wine law practice, having acted for major entities, investors, wine growers, producers, wine makers, suppliers to the wine industry, importers, exporters and distributors.
This wealth of experience results in our being able to offer clients effective business solutions to the complex and ever changing issues facing those in the wine industry.
We regularly advise on and prepare the necessary documentation in respect of asset sales, distribution contracts, environmental and planning law, grape supply contracts, Liquor Licensing Division requirements, property sales, process and bottling contracts. Should the need arise, our cross-disciplines of workplace relations, intellectual property and insurance are readily available to provide in-house consultation.
