Talbot Olivier advised Scottish based Global Energy Group on its recent acquisition of West Perth based energy sector recruitment business, GRN Australiasia Pty Ltd trading as Global Resources Network (GRN). 

Global Energy Group is a leading international energy service company specialising in construction and maintenance of assets across a broad range of sectors. The acquisition of GRN is Global Energy Group's first acquisition in Australia.  It also operates in Houston, Norway, Dubai, Brazil, India, Ghana, Egypt and Abu Dhabi and has joint ventures in Croatia, Cameroon, Namibia and Angola.
